House Ops Supply Co. products are assembled to make practical household-readiness supplies easier to identify, organize, and reach. This page explains what support is available and where the limits of each kit begin.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect
Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly through the Contact page if a product or component arrives damaged, does not function as reasonably expected when first used, is missing from the kit, or differs from the ordered item. Include your order number and photographs when possible.
After reviewing the issue, House Ops Supply Co. may provide troubleshooting, a replacement component, a replacement product, a return authorization, or a refund as appropriate.
Manufacturer warranties
Individual tools or components may include a warranty supplied by their original manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by that manufacturer's terms, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures. Keep product instructions, packaging, serial numbers, and warranty materials when provided.
Unless a product page or written document supplied with an order expressly states otherwise, House Ops Supply Co. does not add a separate long-term warranty beyond addressing items that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect and honoring rights provided by applicable law.
What is not covered
Support or warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear; depleted batteries or consumables; expired products; cosmetic damage that does not affect function; misuse; neglect; improper storage; unauthorized modification; failure to follow instructions; damage caused by weather, water, heat, impact, chemicals, electrical conditions, vehicles, or property systems; or use beyond a product's stated purpose.
Maintenance is part of readiness
Customers are responsible for inspecting kits periodically, testing components where appropriate, replacing depleted or expired items, keeping batteries separate when recommended, and updating supplies for household size, climate, medical needs, vehicles, pets, and local hazards.
Safety boundaries
House Ops products support basic readiness and temporary response. They do not replace emergency services, licensed trades, permanent repairs, comprehensive medical equipment, professional roadside assistance, or specialized safety systems. Stop and seek qualified help whenever a condition involves fire, gas, energized electrical equipment, structural instability, contaminated water, hazardous materials, serious injury, active traffic, or any situation beyond your training and equipment.
Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
