30-Day Return Window
House Ops Supply Co. accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after an order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, complete, and in its original condition and packaging. All components, instructions, accessories, and organizational materials supplied with a kit must be included.
Opened or used consumable items, batteries, safety-sealed items, hygiene-related products, customized items, gift cards, and products identified as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Starting a Return
Contact us through the Contact page before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because we cannot issue a refund for a return that is not received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include photographs when possible so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, missing component, return, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund when returned merchandise is incomplete, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise does not satisfy this policy.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. An order cannot be cancelled after it has entered fulfillment or shipped, but an eligible item may still be returned under this policy.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
