When a kit component must be substituted, the replacement is intended to provide equivalent or better function without materially changing the kit's stated purpose.
Kit contents and product information shown as planned, proposed, estimated, or subject to change are not final specifications. The product page and order confirmation in effect when an order is placed control the purchased configuration.
Preparedness and Safety Limitations
House Ops products are intended to support basic household readiness, organization, and temporary response. They do not replace emergency services, licensed trades, medical care, professional roadside assistance, permanent repairs, code-compliant safety systems, or equipment and training appropriate to a specific hazard.
Customers are responsible for reading instructions, inspecting products before use, maintaining and replacing expired or depleted components, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and stopping when a situation exceeds their knowledge, training, or equipment. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
Orders, Pricing, and Availability
We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment problems, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the store. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping charges are added as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors and to request approval before fulfilling an order affected by a material correction.
Payment
